The third Civil Society Dialogue meeting was held on Thursday, 24 June 2021
The European Commission held the third Civil Society Dialogue meeting for the negotiations on the deeper EPA on Thursday, 24 June 2021. The meeting discussed the following draft reports prepared for the sustainability impact assessment:
- Trade and intellectual property rights
- Trade and public procurement and competition
- Institutional structure and dispute resolution mechanisms
And the following draft case studies:

Previous Consultation Activities

Our approach to consultation
Stakeholder consultation was an integral part of the study and included a series of activities to gather input from stakeholders – including online interviews in the five countries of Eastern and Southern Africa and dialogues with civil society organisations in Brussels.
